Data Deletion Instructions

According to the Facebook Platform rules and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your user data from Tukonect Technologies.

How to request data deletion:

If you want to delete your account and remove your WhatsApp connection data, messaging logs, and personal details from our servers, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our privacy team at info@tukonect.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include the phone number or email address associated with your Tukonect Technologies account so we can locate your data.
Important Note: Once processed, this action is irreversible. All your API tokens, saved templates, and messaging history will be permanently wiped from our database. (Note: We may retain basic transaction records strictly for tax and legal compliance).

We will process your request and confirm the deletion within 7 business days.
